I have suffered with chronic back pain since a football injury in high school – I'm now 42 years old. After only a few sessions with Heather, my back pain began to subside. It has been over 6 months now – I skied this past winter, play tennis, golf and coach my daughter's softball team - and I have absolutely no back pain. Heather has done something for me that doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists and personal trainers were unable to do. Working with Heather has changed my life.

I started Pilates 2 1/2 months ago with a severe limp. I have had therapy, cortizone shots, synvics shots in my knee for over 3 1/2 years, and still need a knee replacement. Since I have started Pilates I have strengthened the muscles that support my knee, hip, and foot and have improved my walk and quality of life. I can now shop longer and go to my grandchildren's games and affairs which used to exhaust me walking. I feel better and have so much more endurance. I would recommend others to try it.

Pilates with Heather is never the same and never boring. I look forward to my workout sessions with Heather because she makes it challenging, yet fun. When class ends I always feel centered and strong. Heather put together a specific program for me a few months ago when I was suffering with knee pain from a running injury. It worked! No more knee pain.

I have found adding Heather's Pilates class to my exercise routine has helped enormously with not only my flexiblity and core strength but with the effeciency and proper form of my routine excercises. Heather is constantly reassessing and adding new techniques to her class and does not have a "one size fits all" approach to her clients. She has an innate ability to define where I am in my Pilates training at any point and where we need to work next. It's been a great addition to my fitness regimen.
