*Pilates Potpourri and Int-Adv Mat Classes require instructor approval prior to taking class Class size is limited to eight students. For your safety, as well as limited space, we do not accept drop-ins, so please call to reserve a spot. If a minimum of three people are not registered 24 hours prior to the class time, the class will be cancelled. Please see the News Section for last minute schedule changes

~Additional Information~

Payments are made directly to the instructor unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, check, Mastercard, and Visa.

All Pilates sessions are 55 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice required
We allow for one late cancellation at no charge
The second late cancellation and each subsequent cancellation will be charged the full price of the session
No shows will automatically be charged the full price of the session
Please keep in mind that if you are late for your scheduled appointment, we do not go over that scheduled time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
